At Conor Stitch, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer returns — exchange is only applicable in case of size/fit issues or if the product received is damaged.
To ensure a smooth process, kindly follow the guidelines below:
Unboxing Video Required
A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of product damage. The video must be taken from the beginning without any cuts or pauses.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is applicable only for damaged products or size/fit issues.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Window
Customers must initiate the exchange request within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Non-Return Policy
Please be informed that there is no return or refund policy. Only exchanges will be processed if the above conditions are fulfilled.
 At Conor Stitch, we offer an exchange policy limited strictly to products that have size or fit issues, or if the item received is damaged.
